The purpose of this article is to understand if Job Rotation (JR)/Organizational Development (OD)-oriented strategies are compatible with JR strategies to curb Organizational Corruption (OC), as these strategies seem to indicate an apparent contradiction. To this end, the paper is structured as follows. Firstly, the main points of JR-Theory in organizational studies are displayed. Subsequently, JR-Theory in organizational anti-corruption is more deeply explored. At the end of the review, the research question is proposed in the methodological section. The principle of sustainable development is in many Polish acts. Its genesis is associated with the development of international environmental law. Polish law concept appeared yet in 1994. As sustainability. The adoption of the Constitution of 2 April 1997. Has consolidated the term and raised the principle of sustainable development to the category of political principles. In the wake of this in the same year it was transposed into three basic legal acts in the field of environmental protection. An important document is the Strategy for Sustainable Development Polish 2025. In this paper a review of selected legal acts and documents in which there is the concept of sustainable development.

Dès la mise en service de la ligne TGV Sud-Est, au début des années 80, la Bourgogne a bénéficié de la création de deux nouvelles gares TGV, aménagées en périphérie des pôles urbains du Creusot et de Mâcon. Malgré leurs fonctions réduites, ces nouvelles gares périurbaines ont suscité d’ambitieux projets d’aménagement. De nouvelles zones d’activités ont ainsi vu le jour à proximité de ces gares. The article presents the preliminary assessment of the activities undertaken in the Opolskie Voivodeship in connection with the implementation of the regional innovation strategy for 2014–2018. In particular, attention is focused on issues related to the methodology of identifying the so-called “smart specializations” and their practical dimension. The subject of the analysis are issues related to transport and logistics, because these areas were highlighted in both strategies – of regional development and the innovation strategy.
